Refund and Returns Policy

As we sell skincare products,we do not accept returns or exchange items due to hygiene concerns. We can only offer exchanges if you receive a wrong/damaged product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Pictures of the damaged/wrong item must be provided. If the item is used,we cannot provide you with a return/refund/exchange.

Let us know if you received a damaged product through images and videos. We will review it and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your  card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank account.


We currently ship in India only. Shipping time is 3-14 days depending on your location. We will send you tracking details on phone/email as soon as your order is shipped.

Late/missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank account or check your bank statement.
